1. Describe in detail PA and lateral chest radiographic imaging:   20

    पीए और लेटरल चेस्ट रेडियोग्राफ़िक इमेजिंग का विस्तार से वर्णन कीजिये:

     i) Explain how the exposure factor need to be modified in a 5 year old boy and a 25 year old lady.

        कैसे एक 5 वर्ष के बच्चे और एक 25 साल की महिला के एक्सपोज़र फैक्टर को मॉडिफाइड करने की आवश्यकता का वर्णन कीजिये |

     ii) Discuss the preferred special views for the following:

          a) Left small pneumothorax in an ambulant patient and very sick patient.

          b) Suspected lesion in right lung apex marked by the clavicle.

2. Describe in detail AP and lateral HIP radiography imaging.   20

    एपी एंड लेटरल एचआईपी रेडियोग्राफी इमेजिंग को विस्तार से वर्णन कीजिए |

    i) In a case of hip dysplasia.

   ii) Fracture in the neck of femur.

3. Explain in deatil with the preparation of patient, radiographic investigation of the kideny, ureter and urinary bladder.   20
